all the new kinesis sections will have techniques put in them , a diffrent one will be done each day.
first aerokinesis
then telekinesis
the biokinesis and so on

it will say on the calander which will be done on which days

i have finnished all the work on the ki section
that doesn't mean it won't be updated anymore it still will

but now i'll be starting work on the jing section
a.k.a i'll explain what jing is and explain how to use it along with some techniques

all the techniques in the teachingsofki section have been posted and i will now start posting my techniques

all of the latested updates will be posted here so you know what to look for
